All wagers and settlements occur solely between users or through third-party services.
Ten Bucks Says is not a party to any transaction and assumes no responsibility for payments, disputes, losses, or outcomes.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful personal purposes and not for commercial gambling, fraud, or illegal activity.
User data may be used for testing, analytics, and service improvement. While reasonable safeguards exist, complete data security cannot be guaranteed during alpha.
Any feedback you provide may be used by Ten Bucks Says without compensation or attribution.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ten Bucks Says is not liable for any losses, damages, disputes, interruptions, or claims arising from use of the Service.
