Ten Bucks Says Private Alpha Testing Program

By accessing or using Ten Bucks Says ("the Service") during the private alpha period, you agree to the following terms.

1. Alpha Status & Experimental Nature

Ten Bucks Says is provided as pre-release software for testing and feedback purposes only and may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features.

The Service may be modified, interrupted, or discontinued at any time without notice. No guarantees are made regarding availability, performance, or data retention during the alpha period.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to participate in the alpha program.

3. Nature of the Platform

Ten Bucks Says is a private coordination and record-keeping tool for informal social wagers between individuals who already know each other.

Ten Bucks Says does not:

• operate as a gambling service
• facilitate regulated wagering or betting
• create betting markets
• set odds or determine outcomes
• match users for wagers
• take fees or percentages of wagers
• custody, escrow, transmit, or process money
• act as a payment processor or financial institution
• guarantee payments or settlements
• resolve disputes

4. Off-Platform Transactions

All wagers and settlements occur solely between users or through third-party services.

Ten Bucks Says is not a party to any transaction and assumes no responsibility for payments, disputes, losses, or outcomes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful personal purposes and not for commercial gambling, fraud, or illegal activity.

6. Data & Privacy During Alpha

User data may be used for testing, analytics, and service improvement. While reasonable safeguards exist, complete data security cannot be guaranteed during alpha.

7. Feedback

Any feedback you provide may be used by Ten Bucks Says without compensation or attribution.

8. No Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ten Bucks Says is not liable for any losses, damages, disputes, interruptions, or claims arising from use of the Service.

10. Modification of Service

Ten Bucks Says may change features, functionality, or availability at any time without notice.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.

13. Termination

Ten Bucks Says may terminate or suspend access at any time. You may stop using the Service at any time.
